Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (or as communicated on your order).

Delivery areas

We ship within Pakistan. Remote areas may require additional time; we will inform you if your address needs special handling.

Shipping charges

Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout or confirmed before dispatch. Cash on delivery may have separate terms.

Tracking & delays

Once dispatched, you may receive tracking or courier details by SMS or email where available. Delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues are outside our direct control but we will assist where we can.
